I still haven't finished my photo dump of Supanova on Sunday BUT THERE'S NO TIME FOR THAT NOW D:

This was my first con, I was kind of nervous and shy, so it took me a while to muster enough courage to ask people for their photo.
and that is why there are a lot of pictures in here of people's backs.
and a lot of fuzzy photos.

I would also like to note that I don't know how to take the date out of the photos.

I'm back from Supanova. That was definitely one of the most insane crazy fun weekends of my life. It was like getting in a cold pool, then getting used to the temperature and then you buy Lucky Star figurines.

I'm definitely going to Supanova, I'm insanely exited. I have a cold and I'm just beginning the shaky-cold-irritable phase on the long weekend orz. I love super smash brothers brawl. I discovered the wonders of texting and the pros and cons that come with it D: That is my life pretty much at the moment and I'm super good and happy and stuff.

I've been offered a ride and a hotel room and I'm free and I have enough money and I have permission so-

8D I'M SCARED AND EXITED AND ALL TINGLY

It's Supernova in Sydney which is a pop culture convention as in comics/ Sci-fi/ T.V/ games/ anime/ manga/ books.

Which leads me to think that all the genres will form factions and declare civil war >: I will of course be hiding behind the human wall of cosplayers because apart from me probably obsessing and taking a million pictures of all of them, some of them will be carrying weapons. The war hammer people will only have miniature scale model weapons and will lose. The gamers will think that they're really good at fighting from playing all those games, so they'll jump straight into the battle like the protagonist of they're favourite fighting game. But then gravity will happen and they'll all just fall over, writhing in pain. The comic and Sci-fi fans will eventually turn into one big faction which will have an ultimate battle with the anime/manga fans. I will escape with my friends before that happens of course, as there will be many casualties and will cause international backlash about safety at these kinds of events.

So is that the kind of thing that happens at conventions? More dangerous? Less dangerous? Am I going to get paddled by the yaoi paddle?

The Eurovision party went well, I actually cried from laughing at one stage.

I was going to wait to watch the finals on T.V tonight before I found out who won buuut they announced it on the radio twice, and when I got on the internet there was just no point anymore :'D

I just wrote a really long review of the new Star Trek film, but then I made the mistake of accidentally clicking on a link and I lost it :'D

Umm, basically it said that I liked the film. I also blabbed about about cute the Russian kid is.

Most of the time I'm not even logged into this account, even thought it's my main account.

So it just occurred to me that

even if I'm checking my own friends list while logged into another account, I still can't see friend locked journals.

So uh, hi there :)

I haven't made a new journal entry in ages, the last one was the Kyle/FWR fanfiction :'D
I've been doing lot's of stuff lately too, liiike I went to Sydney.... Twice... and.... I went to a Skyfire and got some really good crappy phone quality pictures. I had some ginger beer for the first time, it made me sick 8D

Uh, I'm having a Eurovision song contest party! That should be fun. Aaaaaand laaaatley I've been doooooing thiiiiiiiiiis a lot as a biiiiiit of a habit. dfgkjnsdjsdjsdjdsf and I've also been keyboard smashing a loooooooottttt. I also think I've been saying like more. D:

And that was pretty much my life in a nutshell. Oh dear.

Oh, and before I forget, a couple of entries ago I said something about taking the BEST PHOTO EVURR. Well I have a photo of the photo that I took on my phone camera. I edited it all I could to make it look better but the photo just sucks XD

Added a star to distract you from the quality :D But you get the idea, we tried to develop the negative a million times but it never turned out as good as this particular print. The guy in the photo was in a photo I took on the Sydney trip that I put here on livejournal last year by the way |D

FWR paced carefully back and forth. Green dread filled his heart. Kyle should have been home at least an hour ago and it wasn't like him to be late. Oh, my iridescent love, FWR thought. Where could you be?

Just then, the phone rang. It was the police. Kyle had been taken hostage by Modern Chin, a supervillain who had the city in a state of laughable terror. FWR fainted dead away, Like an illuminecent butterfly elegantly flapping it's wings.

When he came to, there was a bump on his chin and the green dread had returned. "Kyle, my painful honey bunny," he cried out chinly. "What is Modern Chin doing to you?" Probably torturing him, laughing gently as he stroked him in the chin.

In the midst of all the terror and tears, FWR remembered a story his grandmother had told him. If you fold 1000 clone clones, then whatever you wish for will come true.

FWR ordered in a supply of clone and set to work, folding clones until his chin was sore and he could hardly see. It took a week. He was just finishing up the very last clone when Kyle walked in the front door.

"Kyle!" FWR screamed and threw himself into Kyle's arms. "It worked! I folded 1000 clone clones and it brought you back to me." He was so happy, he felt like he was dancing in a boat. He kissed Kyle sexily on the chin.

"Actually," Kyle said, pulling away poorly, "I was rescued by the Magical Guitar. He's a new superhero in town." Kyle sighed. "And he's really chintastic."

The green dread came back. "But you're compulsive to be back here with me, right?"

Kyle checked his watch. "Sure. But I've got to go meet the Magical Guitar for coffee now to, you know, say thanks for saving my life. Stay vigilant, baby." He left and the door banged behind him.

FWR choked back a sob and started folding another clone. Then he went out and got drunk instead.

D-daylight savings ended and... I love it when Daylight savings ends... but... I'm so confused. I'm listening to a radio show that starts at 7:00 when it's usually light and it's dark D: I feel like I should be in bed. I'll get used to it. OTL

Ahaha, I would have made a lol April fools entry but I thought the one I did on my Deviantart was enough (I said I was joining the military)

I kind of mentioned in my last entry that I was doing photography.
Well we got the best photograph ever.

It's as simple as that.

God I wish I could take it home and scan it, it really is THE BEST PHOTO EVER.

I'm becoming increasingly worried about rumors that have been going around lately about new internet blocking laws that might be put into action here in Australia.

Like, really worried.

I really haven't found a completley reiable source about what the blockings might do, but some people are saying that even things like deviantart and livejournal will be blocked.

I doubt it. But, what if?

I might be going to a protest at parliament house tomorrow, if I do go, I can't wait to see what kind of people are there XD

A-anyway, having things like this snatched away from me would be both devastating and... Life wrecking. The communities which I am a part of on the internet really are a huge part of my life, even if it's sad to admit XD I don't know what I would do without them all. Without you all.

So, if the day comes where I don't have access to these kinds of things, I just want to say that everyone means a lot to me. No matter how wanky, stupid, n00bish, hilarious or genius the people of the internetz are, I freaking love you all.

And with those depressing little paragraphs over, today I discovered that my school had a dark room. I had no idea 8'D I went in, it's soooo coooooooooooooolllll1111.

In a couple of hours (I think XD) the band midnight oil will be performing~

Uhhhhhrrrrr, is Google and Youtube not working for anyone else? I need both reeeeaaaallly badly and they refuse to load and I figured since it rings a bell that Google bought Youtube or something that they're connected so it would make sense that they're not working at the same time. Everything else is slow though. I really don't know anything about computers orz
